Muay Thai is a stand-up striking combat sport. It is also known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact (fists, elbows, knees and kicks) that are used to strike the opponent. It combines both upper and lower body workouts making it an incredible total body workout that builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility.
